Danielle Cohen is the Director of ACCESS NY, joining the team in the summer of 2013. From November 2011 until July 2013, Danielle served as the Assistant Director for AJC’s NY Regional Office, and was responsible for enhancing the region's media and communications as well as supporting program initiatives including immigration reform, intergroup and interreligious outreach, and legislative outreach. Danielle’s professional career in the Jewish non-profit world includes working with Medical Development for Israel (MDI), AIPAC, and the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee.
Danielle, a Newton, MA native, moved to FL in high school, where she graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in International Relations and a B.S. in Anthropology. She earned her Master's Degree in International Affairs at New School University, and recently completed a certificate program in Website Design and Development from Baruch College.
