The Jewish Federations of North America‘s National Young Leadership is a local, national and international network of socially conscious Jews in their 20s, 30s and early 40s.

Your local federation’s young leadership division offers abundant opportunities to get involved, whether your interests lead you to spend time visiting seniors, collect medicine or other vital supplies for Jews overseas, or meet with political leaders as an advocate for social services. Federation also offers leadership development programs to prepare you to play a key role in the Jewish community.

The Jewish Federations of North America is a network for doing good, through meaningful philanthropy and hands-on volunteerism. We represent and serve 154 Jewish federations and more than 400 independent Jewish communities across North America—one of the largest, most effective networks of social service providers and programs in the world, translating Jewish values into social action on behalf of millions of people in more than 60 countries.

Your local federation is where it all starts. In every city with a Jewish community, large or small, federation is the core of a social service network that responds to urgent needs and connects the local Jewish institutions — social service agencies, schools, synagogues, JCCs and more—that are the fabric of our communities.

Your local federation is a team of people who care enough to want to improve an imperfect world. It’s the place to get involved if you want to be one of those people. Use the Jewish Federation Finder tool to find the federation in your home community.
